Beta Access Terms

The BlazeXL Beta Protocol defines the terms that apply to invited users participating in the BlazeXL beta. By accessing beta features, you agree to the following operational and access requirements.

1. Availability & Maintenance

BlazeXL beta features are still under active development and may change as the platform evolves.

  • Variable Performance: During beta, users may experience changes in availability, provisioning time, or runtime performance.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: BlazeXL may perform maintenance or infrastructure updates, including changes that temporarily affect access to beta environments.

2. Review & Verification

Beta participants remain responsible for reviewing and validating logic before using it in high-stakes business workflows.

  • Validation Requirement: Logic published during the beta should be validated against existing processes or reference systems before being used for production decisions.
  • Issue Reporting: Participants should report material execution issues, logic discrepancies, or unexpected errors to the BlazeXL team.

3. Feedback & Benchmarking

Early access may include requests for product feedback to help improve the platform.

  • Telemetry: BlazeXL may monitor execution metadata such as throughput, memory usage, and runtime performance in order to improve the service.
  • Design Partnership: Participation may include brief technical interviews or requests for product feedback.

4. Data Handling in Beta

The privacy and security protections described in our security documentation continue to apply during the beta. Customer data is not used for model training, and beta operations remain subject to the same handling controls described elsewhere on the site.

5. Confidentiality

Beta participants may receive access to features that are not yet generally available.

  • Non-Disclosure: Users agree not to publicly share screenshots, performance benchmarks, or internal product materials without explicit authorization from BLAZE LABS PTY LTD.
  • Access Control: Beta access is tied to authorized users. Sharing access credentials or tokens without permission is prohibited.

6. Access Changes

Blaze Labs reserves the right to limit, suspend, or revoke beta access at any time in order to protect service stability, investigate issues, or broaden test coverage.

7. Support
